Edition Capital Partners, LLC ("ECP") is a merchant banking firm that provides thoughtful senior level investment banking advice to companies at important inflection points in their development. ECP also invests alongside management when our expertise and capital can help create value for all involved.

Companies work with ECP when they require access to growth or structured capital (either private or public), seek strategic corporate or capital markets advice, are distressed and require restructuring advice, or are pursuing a sale, merger or acquisitions.  

ECP makes principal investments in promising businesses and in situations where our involvement can add value beyond that of pure financial investors.  The form of these investments are both private and public (SPACs and other public vehicles). We have extensive experience in every aspect of the SPAC process and ecosystem.
