Mitchell Gordon has worked as a corporate executive, investor and investment banker for over 35 years. He has held numerous leadership and executive positions including CEO, Adgile media Group, President and CFO, Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corporation (SPAC//NASADAQ:CAMB), President of Morpheus Capital Advisors, Member of the Office of the President and CFO, Interpool Inc. (NYSE:IPX), President, Atlas Capital Partners, Partner and Global Co-Head of the Transportation Investment Banking Group at Salomon Smith Barney, Senior Vice President and Head of the Transportation and Auto Investment Banking Groups, Furman Selz, Vice President, Needham and Company and Manager of Strategic Planning, ABC Broadcasting.
He currently serves on the boards of Mesa Airlines, OceanTech, Adgile Media Group, and Merchants Fleet. Mr. Gordon has also served on the corporate boards of Ability (Tech), Interpool (Specialty Finance/Leasing), Indigo Aviation (Specialty Finance/Leasing), Almedica (Health Care Services), Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corporation (SPAC), and the Global Advisory Board of NedShip Bank (Banking). Mitch has served on numerous not-for-profit boards including the Environmentors Project and Student Sponsor Partners. He currently serves as Chairman of the Hunter College (CUNY) Neighborhood Advisory Board. and on the board of HIAS, the world’s oldest refugee rights organization. Mr. Gordon is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship as well as transportation industry and capital markets issues.

Bruce Nobles

Bruce Nobles is the President and Founder of The Renwick Company, an aviation and transportation consulting company focused on restructuring and profit improvement in financially distressed companies.
Over the course of his more than forty-year career in the transportation industry, Bruce is credited with leading the successful restructuring of Hawaiian Airlines, developing and introducing operations for the Pan Am Shuttle and for creating and implementing operations for the Trump Shuttle. Bruce was most recently Chief Executive Officer of FMI Air Ltd. a successful regional startup airline in Myanmar. Previously he was advisor to MIAT the national carrier of Mongolia. Bruce was previously the President and CEO of Air Jamaica Limited, the national airline of Jamaica. During his second term at that carrier, he spearheaded a turnaround in the financial and operational results of the airline and assisted in the successful divestment of the Company by the Government of Jamaica. He was also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Air Jamaica from 2002 to 2003.
Previously, Bruce was President and CEO of Radiant Energy Corporation, the developer and marketer of InfraTek, an innovative infrared, aviation de-icing technology.
He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Airlines, where he successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive operational and financial restructuring of the company that resulted in a successful reorganization of the Company through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
Bruce held executive positions at Pan American World Airways, Continental Airlines, Republic Airlines and American Airlines and is recognized as a leader in the aviation industry.

Michael Culver

MIchael has served as CEO of Skip Barber Racing School, First Aviation Services (NASDAQ: FAV) and National Airmotive Corporation. He has acted an interim CEO/COO of numerous companies and has extensive turnaround experience.
In addition, he was a member of the Canadian National Alpine Ski Team and was ranked 15th in the world. He also raced open wheel and sports cars for 12 years, competed in the 24 hours of Daytona and is a licensed pilot with a multiengine rating.
